Low Profile Handheld Plate

Handheld setups often position handles, rods, and shoulder pads in awkward or unbalanced positions. 

This plate intends to fix that. Either mount directly to a camera or with a sliding baseplate like the Apex BUD-1 and get the camera low to your shoulder and balanced. 

The integrated standard 60mm spaced 15mm rod mounts at the front provide a super solid mounting position for spider grips or whatever grips of your choice. 

On the bottom there are three slots for captive 3/8-16 hardware along with some tapped holes for mounting counterweights or, in my favorite way of doing it, a quick release plate for docking in between takes. 

Shallow, pre-populated Velcro cutouts allow for attaching a shoulder pad of your choosing. 

Comes with 2 stainless m5 screws for clamping the rods
