Ultra7 COG Mounts

Designed to help the new SmallHD Ultra 7 monitor fit better on Steadicam monitor yokes, these center of gravity mounts replace the inserts on the sides of the monitor and put a 1/4" hole around the center of gravity of the monitor with a battery attached. Using the included screws, nylon washers, and lock nut, you can precisely dial in the amount of tension needed to rotate the monitor. Reach down, adjust the monitor and have it stay exactly where you put it. No bolts loosening and no change to balance.

The mounts were designed around an Anton Bauer Dionic HC, but any similarly sized battery should give acceptable results.

Kit includes:

- 2x Ultra 7 COG Mounts

- 2x 1/4-20 bolts, 1" long

- 2x 1/4-20 bolts, 1.25" long

- 6x 1/4" nylon washers

- 2x 1/4-20 nylon lock nuts

When installing please use caution when loosening the small screws that hold on the inserts on the monitor. They are very small and have some thread-locker installed from the factory. Insure the allen key is completely seated and the correct size before loosening. Likewise, when re-installing take care to not overtighten and strip the screws. Wrist tight is plenty!
