After using my slingshot for a show, I wanted to be able to have the flexibility of the device without having to wear it all the time. There are certain situations where it is much easier or much safer to not be tethered into the vest. I designed this part to work with the existing Walter Klassen hard mount: both the base for a Mitchell mount and the speedrail mount.
So far I have used it on quite a few different platforms including: a dolly for slow creeping moves, a rickshaw for longer tracking walk and talks, and on a process trailer for handheld car work. Now I don't think I would want to do slingshot handheld without this option.
Comes anodized black. Reuses the stock mounting hardware from the WK hardmount. Can be arranged to be picked up/dropped off in Atlanta, GA.
